Not satisfied with your product?
If the product you received does not meet your expectations, don’t worry! You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, without needing to justify the return, in accordance with OUG no. 140/28/12/2021.
How to return a product
- Complete the return form below within a maximum of 14 days.
- For defective or damaged products: notify us in writing at office@best4play.com within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the package. Attach photos of the defective product and any other relevant information.
Attention!
- Check the package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of external damage, refuse it and contact us.
- Any claims regarding defective or missing products will not be considered after 48 hours.
Important notes:
- Products delivered in sealed packaging or special packaging must be returned in the same condition.
- Returns of unsealed products from packaging that cannot be reconstructed are not accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for potty training products, unsealed teething toys, or unsealed play mats.
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered (in original packaging, with all accessories and relevant documents).
Return Procedure
- Complete the return form available at the bottom of the page within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.
- Package the product properly. Attention: the courier does not package the parcel; the responsibility lies with you.

Shipping Costs
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer and is paid directly to the courier.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.
- Defective products or those delivered incorrectly can be returned without additional cost for replacement or repair.
Refund
- The refund period is 14 days from the return request, conditioned upon the receipt of the product within this timeframe.
- Products returned with signs of use or missing accessories will be refused.
Important!
- Properly package the products for return.
- Do not stick labels directly on the original product packaging.
- The return of products will be at the customer’s expense, and the only cost you will incur is the shipping fee.
