How to Buy

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, or by email.

Order online:
The product you wish to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing the product categories, the menu on the right with all product categories and subcategories, or by using the search field. Once you have clicked on the order, the product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart. 

After adding all the products you wish to order to your cart, the purchase process continues by clicking on the button and going through the order page. On the order page, you will need to fill in the following:

• Delivery method (Courier Delivery)
• Order details: First and last name, complete delivery/billing address (county, city, postal code, street, number, staircase, block, floor, apartment, intercom if applicable).
• Payment method: 

Cash on delivery:
The cost of the products and services ordered can be paid to the courier upon delivery to the address you specified.

Bank transfer:
Payment can also be made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice, with delivery of the products to be made after the amount (total value of the invoice) has been credited to our account.

By credit card:
You can pay online with your personal or company card in complete security. We accept cards issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.

Card payments are processed through the Netopia processing system.

No additional fees are charged for transactions.

Card data is processed exclusively on Plati Online servers.

The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Plati Online does not store your confidential card details, but sends them encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way, your information is safe.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at your bank's exchange rate.

For card payments, the transaction will appear on your account statement under the name SC BEST4PLAY SRL.

Using your username and password, you can log in to view your order history or the status of your current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact details.

Delivery option: courier delivery - National Transport - 25 lei/package.

• Payment method.

There is no minimum order value.
