Not satisfied with the product?

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, don’t worry! You can return it within 14 days of receipt without having to provide a reason, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/28/12/2021.

How to return a product

Complete the return form below within a maximum of 14 days.

For defective or damaged products:

Notify us in writing at the email address office@best4play.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Attach photos of the defective product and any other relevant information.

Please note!

Check the parcel upon delivery. If you notice signs of external damage, refuse it and contact us.

Reports of defective or missing items will not be considered after 48 hours.

Important notes:

• Products delivered in sealed film or special packaging must be returned in the same condition.
• Opened products from films or packaging that cannot be restored are not accepted for return.
• For hygiene reasons, opened potties, teething toys, or play mats cannot be returned.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (in its original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents).

Return procedure

1. Complete the return form at the bottom of the page within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel.
2. Pack the product properly. Please note: the courier will not pack the parcel; you are responsible for this.
3. Send the parcel to the following address without waiting for confirmation:

Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, payable directly to the courier. 

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. 

Defective or incorrectly delivered items can be returned at no extra cost for a replacement or repair.

Refund

The refund period is 14 days from the return request, provided the product is received within this period. 

Returned items showing signs of use or missing accessories will be refused.

Important!

• Pack the items appropriately for return.
• Do not stick labels directly onto the product’s original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are the shipping fee.
