Order processing time

Orders are processed within a maximum of 1-2 business days.

Delivery in Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

Attention! We offer free delivery for orders placed in these countries.

Delivery is handled by express courier. We generally work with Samdey Delivery or DPD. In principle, delivery should take no more than 3-5 days from the time the parcel is handed over to the courier. Your order should arrive within a maximum of 5 days.

If you have received confirmation by email or phone that your parcel has been dispatched, we recommend tracking your order with the courier company and asking for details using the tracking number.

Delivery within the European Union

We also offer delivery to certain countries within the European Union through partnerships with various courier companies (DHL, DPD, Samdey Delivery).

Payment by cash on delivery (COD) is accepted only in Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria. Please pay by card to validate your order and allow us to start preparing it. When entering your contact phone number, please include the international dialing code for the country from which the order is placed. 

Please check the product page to confirm that the product you wish to purchase is in stock and to see the delivery time. Some products are shipped from our partners' warehouses.

Delivery may take a little longer, which is entirely beyond our company's control. The product page also shows the average delivery time.
